These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Jonas Hiltl (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “Developer”) regarding your use of the VocalRun mobile application (“App”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
VocalRun is a mobile application that provides:
You must be at least 13 years old to use VocalRun. If you are under 13, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use VocalRun on your personal mobile device for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The App uses RevenueCat to manage user accounts and subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
You retain all rights to any content you create within the App (such as your games history). By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the onboarding process and to update such information to maintain its accuracy.
VocalRun may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium features. All purchases are processed through RevenueCat, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to RevenueCat’s terms and conditions.
Refund policies are determined by your device’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). We do not directly process refunds. For refund requests, please contact your app store’s customer support.
You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your device’s app store settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We will not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
We may offer free trial periods for Premium Features. You may be charged once the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. We reserve the right to modify or cancel free trial offers at any time.
We reserve the right to change the prices of in-app purchases and subscriptions. Price changes will be communicated to you before they take effect. Your continued use of the App after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
VocalRun, including all content, features, functionality, design, graphics, text, and code, is owned by VocalRun, its licensors, or other providers of such material and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of VocalRun grants you no ownership rights to any content, features, or functionality of the App. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.
Any data, scores, or performance metrics you generate while using VocalRun (“User Content”) are stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, by using VocalRun, you grant us a limited license to use, display, and analyze your User Content for the purpose of improving the App and providing you with a better user experience.
The Company name, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of the Company or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company. All other names, brands and marks are used for identification purposes only and are the trademarks of their respective owners.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (SUBJECT TO MANDATORY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS FOR EU CONSUMERS), THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

We do not guarantee that using VocalRun will improve your singing ability, expand your vocal range, or achieve any specific results. The App is designed for entertainment and personal enjoyment. Results vary based on individual effort, practice, and natural ability.
RevenueCat and other third-party services are provided by independent service providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VocalRun, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain types of damages. If applicable law prohibits the limitations above, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VocalRun, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last revised. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email (if provided). Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may terminate your use of VocalRun at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
We may terminate or suspend your access to VocalRun at any time, without notice or cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification) shall survive.
The App integrates with and relies on third-party services including RevenueCat. We are not responsible for:
The App is controlled and operated from Germany and is primarily intended for users in the European Union. We make no representation that the App is appropriate or available for use in all locations. Access to the App from territories where its content is illegal is prohibited. Users outside the European Union access the App at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We strive to make the App accessible to all users. If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the App, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or service you seek through an alternative communication method.
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the App (“Feedback”). You acknowledge and agree that if you submit Feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation to you, and you hereby grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into our products and services.
